The Third Drop is located in Niagara Falls, represents a union between two borders, Canada and the United States, connecting the project with a bridge from both sides. Where the shape of the project contrasts with the straight lines of the route and generates a connection with the curves of the waterfall and its surroundings. The viewpoint is generated by three spaces, the interaction zone, the sensory zone, and the cafeteria; all of which interact, not only with the view but also with the sounds and feelings the great river generates.

The Third Drop

1.- Concept: The concept is based on the splashing water that comes from the waterfall. Taking the drop of water as the main form, adapting it to the program.

4.- Route: It aims to create a route that allows the user to walk through the whole program and its different spaces: the bridge, the interior, and the viewpoint.

2.- Zoning: Divided into three areas, with the interaction zone as the main area, which connects to the sensorial zone and to the cafeteria.

5.- Visuals: These visuals are generated throughout the viewpoint of the main area, the bridge, and from 360° windows, where the main objective are the waterfall and the river it comes from.

3.- Location: The project is located on top of the borderline between both countries, creating a space of transition between the United States and Canada.

6.- Vegetation: The whole project is full of native vegetation throughout the bridge and the interior. Connecting with the environment that surrounds it.
