The following project was carried out in conjunction with Tierra Viva architecture in Otavalo, Ecuador. Located on Mariscal Sucre street, the project houses different commercial uses actively reacting to its surroundings.
In this case, Sucre Street is the commercial and financial center of the city, as well as being the space for the craft fair every Saturday. The building consists of a transparent façade for continuous interaction between the interior user and the temporary exterior user.
Its upper floor designed for the operation of a cafeteria/restaurant consists of a terrace space that provides a direct view of the activities on the street.

The renders are worked in Lumion with the corresponding 3D design in Sketchup. The plans are designed by Tierra Viva Arquitectura.
