This project began as a personal project for me and my parents, this Hotel is owned by my parents and is located in Otavalo, Ecuador.
Bought by them in 2003, it already had some history behind it, being located in the centrum of the town it’s terrain was part of an old hacienda. Which then grew into the building it is now, designed as an typical Casa Patio, our spanish heritage in Latin America, translates into a beautiful central court surrounded by the building and it’s rooms. Creating a green oasis protecting everyone who enters from the busy streets of Otavalo.
As the plans of selling the hotel began, also my desire to always have a memory. So here came the 3D reconstruction of the building with almost al its details.
